I hired Johnsons Tree Surgery to cut down a very tall overgrown Conifer tree. When I first met Charlie there was a bit of confusion about the quote although he was still competitive, polite, and professional, so I was happy to continue. On the agreed date I met Charlie's team of whom were all very polite and professional. They immediately got to work As it was such a large tree, we expected it to take over a day, but work was completed by3pm. Charlie was then able to grind the stump out completely Even though it was raining all day, everything was tidied up immaculately not a single piece of dirt was left. Overall, Charlie's professionalism and work has been 100% he had gone over and above what we expected. We were previously advised (as well as by other tradesman) the tree would be cut to just before the root, however Charlie was able to grind the stump out completely as if the tree never existed which was brilliant. As it was a very large tree in a small garden whilst the tree was coming down it had fallen on some of the fence panels, but Charlie was happy to come back the next day to repair the broken fence. Charlie can also take on other garden work so I'll definitely keep Charlie in mind and would recommend. As a new company I wasn't sure at first however seeing his reviews and standard of work, I now wouldn't go anywhere else in future, Great work Many thanks Charlie and his team amazing team. Charlie and his team were brilliant, on time, efficient and really great to have on the job. Were able to provide the same services as other quotes but beating the quote, with good availability. Really professional and left the garden, alley way and front area spotless. Considering conifers make a mess, they didn't leave anything behind. Would recommend to everyone and get back in the future.

The job was completely really quickly and efficiently after posting the job on My Builder. We've not been in our house a long time so we also asked questions about a few other trees/bushes on our property and Charlie definitely knows his stuff. We'll be asking him back in the Spring to carry out more work. Would recommend.

Needed our large cherry blossom cutback, and other small trees/bushes. Hired them based on their professionalism and expert knowledge compared to others. Extremely helpful, arrived in person, on time, and on the agreed day, did everything expected of them to a high standard, left no mess, job well done - the garden looks great. I’d completed recommend Charlie and will 100% hire again next year .

He came on time with one more person. He cut a very tall tree in a clean and professional way. He did a fantastic job, cleaned properly and took away all the things. I will hire him again. I recommend him highly.

Very impressed. Good value, great communication, did the job quickly, effectively and cleanly and left the garden tidy. And they even swept & hoovered up the debris in the house from having to walk through it to take the tree out. Can't really ask for more to be honest - HIGHLY recommend.

A fantastic service. Responded quickly to my enquiry with a visit and gave me a fixed price for the job. Had the work completed within 2 days of first contact. Turned up on time and worked really hard to get it done. Made a great job of reducing a tree and some bushes in one area and cutting down another tree in another area. They cleared up all the waste material and even used a blower to get rid of any leaves and dust left behind, area left tidy. Very good job and lovely guys that carried out the work, very pleased with the result. would recommend them to anyone.
