Good Job. The carpet was fitted to a good standard. Richard was running late as held up on another job, but called promptly to let me know. He was very friendly and after uplift of the old flooring, he cut it to manageable sizes for easy disposal.

How refreshing to find a to find a quality tradesman this day and age.Someone who takes a genuine pride in their work and is prepared to go the extra mile when things don't go to plan.What can go wrong when you move house did go wrong. Carpets failed to arrive on time and one was undersize,not to mention the terrible condition of the floors.Not one complaint or attempt to up the price from richard. If you want to shop around and get the cheapest price possible then good luck to you(you'll need it).But if you want the best at a very reasonable price then Richards your man.

Excellent job no short cuts taken he spent time fitting our stair carpet which had to bedecked in but looks really good. Really pleased with the job would use Richard again as I have a few other flooring jobs the need doing!

First time using the mybuilder service and we struck lucky. Richard invested time talking to us about the spec/job before we hired him and in terms of advice and service was exactly what you expect in a quality tradesperson. The initial job grew into another job and despite a few complications from our end, Richard remained committed and professional while we got things sorted. Will be inviting him to fit again when the budget allows us to sort out the other rooms.
