At very short notice Richard came to our rescue after another carpet fitter failed to show to fit 2 x stair runners. Richard arrived the next day after posting the job on mybuilder as he was already in the area. He was on time, extremely professional and has done an excellent job for us! We are delighted with the stair runners, which Richard laid with stair rods to a very high standard! We can't recommend him enough!

I found Richard to be very personable. We had to cancel the fitting of the carpet several times through our supplier letting us down but Richard was always eager to accomodate us with different dates to carry out the work. Once the carpet was here Richard stayed to 8.00pm to finish the job for us. I will not hesitate to contact Richard again. Thank you, Ricahrd

Richard was excellent! He responded very quickly regarding the job on the online platform and he was available to come first thing next morning. He was efficient, tidy and completed the job as requested providing enough information of what he was doing at every stage and why. Richard has done an excellent job installing my carpets,which where poorly stored (by me) which ment they where creased quite badly. Looks like a new carpet! Turned up on time was friendly and got the job done for a decent price. Will be using again thanks
