Called Johnathan late Thursday night with in 6 minutes he called me back and came out to rectify my alarm problem the next day very good response and brilliant work.

I feel extremely let down and upset by Johnathan’s actions and inactions. I explained I needed Cctv cameras fitted. He made me believe he could do the job. He sent me links on WhatsApp for the things I needed to buy, but I wasn’t sure about some of the items and simply needed a verbal conversation with him, so he could explain why I needed some specific items, but before I could get to have that conversation he rejected the job after initially making me believe he could do the job. I don’t spend money unless I know why. All I needed was another verbal conversation so I could ask some questions and get a better understanding of why I needed certain items. I found Johnathan to be insensitive to my plight of needing some reassurance and a verbal explanation on why I needed to buy certain items. I thought I had finally got some help and now I’m back at stage one, having to look for another cctv installer. I think Johnathan is unprofessional, insensitive and impatient.

I recently hired Jonathan at JMS Security Systems to install two PoE cameras, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, Jonathan quoted a fair price and was always prompt in replying to my messages. His communication was excellent, and he showed up exactly when we agreed. The installation itself was seamless. The cameras look fantastic and are expertly mounted. He also took great care to respect my property, removing his shoes and tidying up as he worked, which speaks to his professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed and would highly recommend Jonathan and JMS Security Systems.
