Ionut (Jon) and his team did an excellent job - they worked punctually and tirelessly throughout the duration of the project and have done a few follow-up inspections to ensure the quality and finish was everything expected. Jon gave good advice as to the colours, quality and size of the blocks best suited to 'be in keeping' with the local area. Very pleased with the result and the price quoted.

Hired to gravel front garden which was badly in need of a makeover. Very fast response to my job post and coming out to measure up. On the day team arrived at time given and completed on the day. All done for a very good price. Would be happy to hire again.

Very impressed with the work ethos of this contractor. The site inspection and quote were completed within hours of receiving telephone confirmation that JK Paving were interested in the job. The price quoted was acceptable to me. A start time was agreed of 0800hrs on the Friday morning and on the dot the contractor arrived. The bulk of the work was completed within the specified timescales though a run over was caused by bad weather which delayed completion by 24 hours. This was outside the control of the contractor. The job was not straightforward and required a bit of "make it up as we went along" This went well with competency and good humour. Existing shallow & poorly laid gas pipe and electrical cables caused difficulty but was dealt with very professionally and entirely to my satisfaction by JK Paving. The end result exceeded my expectation and I am very pleased with work carried out. I had thought that trustworthy and competent contractors within the building and construction industry who did what they say they were going to do were a thing of the past. John arrived promptly to give a really competitive quote. Work started 2 days after. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the job! Him and his team did an amazing job clearing up. I would definitely recommend!

Ionut demonstrated excellent time keeping, an informative and pleasant manner both when creating a work schedule, an estimate of cost then on throughout the three days on site. He dealt very well with a change of mind by ourselves, which would have put his own work schedules under pressure. Ionut worked in a professional manner with his colleague, completed work to a high standard leaving no rubbish on site. Since then neighbours, family and ourselves have said how well the completed work looks and has also improved the visual impact to the front of house and garden. The job was to clear and then lay block paving on a small but difficult site. Two manhole covers and cambers were all dealt with great skill.
