Joshua and I agreed a time and cost up front. He arrived on the agreed date & time, effectively completed the job and did a little more then merely fault find, he also stuck to the agreed price. Account has been settled and a number of weeks later, I am still very happy that the job has been well delivered. Joshua was extremely professional and will make use of him again, if the need arises. Joshua came out and fixed everything we asked him to and also during his report pretty much saved my family from a severe risk to life in this house we have bought and moved into. Various problems found that need fixing and many many many issues with substandard work carried out by the previous owners. We shall defo be using his services again to rectify the majority of things that have been found.

Josh was great, came and did the inspections on time and was very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend his services and will definitely be using his company again!
