Joshua contacted me shortly after my job was posted, I needed a test of the electrics at a property and he was the only person who actually sent me an additional message which provided me with a quote. Although our communications were conducted from a distance due to our physical locations being some 200 miles apart, all went well. Good feedback and advice received from Joshua as regards his findings in respect of suggestions for upgrading some of the electrical installation, with the work undertaken in a good timescale, Joshua being happy to liaise with the tenant to arrange a mutually convenient time for the work to be undertaken.
