Jimmy responded very quickly, understood immediately the issue, came on time, made the temporary repair I needed and provided video and commentary of the issues with the roof. Excellent service and can highly recommend.

Jimmy arrived ON TIME , as agreed after I finished work ( he had good comms with me during week to arrange suitable time / date ) On my premises , with his own ladders he thoroughly , checked the area needing to be repaired . His report was thorough / detailing the works required for a proper repair not only off the whole roof , but the works required also for the chimney stack , which needs attention. Jimmy was able to make a repair to the area in question . All areas were left clean , safe & tidy . He also assisted in helping to shut a 1st floor bedroom uPVC sash window ( from the outside , using his ladders) which wasn’t closing properly ( thank you !) I’d recommend Jimmy for any roof repairs / inspections needed as he is thorough & honest with his findings.

Jimmy called me back almost instantly after the initial shortlist which was great. He was very transparent, offered advice and a no obligation quote when he came over. He replaced a fallen tile from my roof which we think was causing a damp issue. Friendly and knowledgeable, would recommend!
