    Replace bathroom taps - bath and sink
    Should have read all reviews. Common feature - silicone seems to fix everything. Got this plumber to replace bathroom bath and sink taps (which I provided). As soon as he left I was cleaning up all the mess he left, rinsed the sink and noticed water flooding the bathroom floor. Checked pipes and they were fine. Decided to take off bath panel and found exactly the same thing - when shower was on there was water flooding the bathroom floor. Called back twice - phone off. Messaged twice and was advised of return visit. Second visit after checking said he would need to go get washers and come back another time - thought a plumber might carry them. Obviously mistaken. Advised he could also just silicone them in and he said it would last forever - don't think so! Third visit I was simply told he didn't know what to do - water was still pouring out from where the taps connected to the sink and bath. He advised that there were only 2 washer types. I went onto Google and instantly showed there were more. His reply - "well I don't know everything on the market". Was advised a fourth visit was necessary and after taking time away from work felt this was the last straw. Poor job - worst service I have ever had from a tradesman.

    Firstly there was no mess i took old taps and box with me i did not suggest using silicone i told paul his old taps had been sealed using silicone i called paul as soon as i received message paul did not have to take time off work i told him i would return in the evenimg but he chose to work from home his choice said it was not a problem yes the washers i returned with did not work i apologised and said i would get another type paul then demanded toknow why i didnt carry every washer on the market he them said he wanted to get another tradesman and i left paul was given a written apology and told he should cacel his cheque he didnt bother to reply i hope he manages to get the drip sorted

    Three plumbing jobs
    Really pleased with the jobs Jim did for me - replaced shower, sorted toilet flush and leaking washing machine inlet. He's friendly, polite, punctual and keeps you informed of what's happening. Very reasonable as well! I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing jobs.

    Tub and basin re-fit
    Jim is the plumber you want! Super-helpful, problem solver, reliable. Will definitely call him again.

    Kitchen Tap
    Arrived on time. Completed job efficiently. Repair has held so far. Charged less than quoted. Thumbs up.

    new TRV fitting on standard radiators
    Jim Came round and replaced all of our radiator valves. He was in and out in no time and didn't leave any mess. Radiators are working perfectly now. I would recommend him to anybody. Thanks Jim!
