Hired Joe from Jepp Heating Solutions... Joe was very prompt in his reply and came imediately to repair our boiler, working late into the evening to carry out the necessary repairs which we really appreciate. Joe was very professional with his work, giving us good honest advice about the condition of our boiler. Yes we would and will be calling Joe again as we feel he is a good, honest, reliable tradesman, and his prices were very reasonable.

Joe was very prompt with corresponding with us and carrying out the works requested and required to be carried out, plus his charge was very satisfactory. We will definitely use Joe for future purposes.

He was so tidy you would never have known he had been there. He was meticulous and went beyond what was required in my books in ensuring I got what I needed. For the first time in five months, I have had a shower where I do not suffer a 3rd degree burn, all thanks to Joe! Joe came to review our shower and knew immediately what was wrong with it. Something two other plumbers had not been able to do. He found the parts required straight away and came to change it a few days later. If you are looking for a highly professional, reliant plumber who know what he is doing, then look no further. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough.

Joe knows his trade. He identified straight away why we were getting no hot water in our new house due to unusual connection of boiler . A couple of other guys failed to do this. He installed a new boiler in a day on the day, which was a small miracle. He stayed late ensuring the old system was flushed through and came back the next day to do some tests. Great service and nice bloke. Recommended

Joe helped me move my radiator in my little boys room which was preventing his bed from going flush against the wall. Joe is friendly, polite and tidy - he cleaned up the little mess he made. He also helped me hang a curtain pole and tie backs in my living room. Joe couldn't be helpful! I have kept joes card for future work and will defiantly be using him again and recommending him to family and friends. Thanks again Joe x
