Jepp Heating Solutions reviews (168)

Was great, knew his stuff. Explained it well.

Joe did an excellent job on our central heating yesterday. He was the first to respond to the ad and accepted to do the job the same day. The job was to reconnect a radiator after some renovation work in our old Victorian home. Only after he was paid and left, it turned out that there was a leak in the system and we had water dripping through a light fitting (!!!) in the newly done ceiling. Joe agreed to return within 15 min even though it was getting on 4 o'clock by then. Incredibly, he found the source of the leak quickly and accurately so that only a small damage had to be done to the ceiling to repair a burst copper pipe. He had to work with a torch in the dark as electricity was unsafe to use. In the evening the whole system was working impeccably. Joe showed a great deal of expertise and skills to fix a problem very swiftly. He is also very kind and polite - highly recommended

Joe was very helpful finding out where I had issues with the heating system. He offered very valuable advice on how I need to move forward for my renovation work.

Joe did an excellent job of fitting our new central heating system. He was professional, tidy, worked hard and went above and beyond which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe to friends and family and would use him again without hesitation.

Was on time and has done a very good job. Tidy and neat job!

Really pleased with Joe's work. Very professional and knowledgeable. He did a good job and very thoroughly. Would definitely hire again.

Joe responded quickly to my ad, arranged a date and turned up when he said he would. Although the job was primarily a gas safety check/boiler service, Joe found some related issues while working and put them right without fuss. Communication was excellent, both e/mail and by phone. Top tradesman. Would hire again.

Joe Jepp was hired to change a kitchen tap for my elderly parents and was honest, punctual, efficient and friendly from start to finish. I will be contacting Joe for any future plumbing needs and recommending to my family and friends without hesitation.

Great job in reasonable time!

Joe did an excellent job, very neat and tidy. He turned the job around very quickly and was really good value for money. I'll definitely be using Joe again for any future work I need doing. Highly recommended - he is a nice bloke too! He didn't mind my 3 year old daughter pestering him while he was trying to work!!
