Its simple. Book Joe if you want an excellent tradesman you can trust. You don't need to look any further. I had a number of leaks 1 behind woodwork that I though had been sorted but unfortunately had not. Joe came on time found the leaks explained what needed doing and did it. He has a camera that can get into difficult spots and yes find leaks. Perfect. I would use Joe again without a second though and indeed have asked him to come back this year to do some work I have wanted doing for some time, but didn't have a tradesman to do it for me. I have also told friends and family about him in case they need any work doing. This really is a no brainer people. Get Joe to do your job. You will not regret it. You might however if you don't get him to do your work.

Joe called me to understand my requirements, explained what he would do and the charges. He arrived on-time and was a quick worker. He explained some of the things he was doing and the results he was getting. There were no problems so he went through all of the service checks with ease. Joe was a friendly chap with a positive attitude, his charges were well priced for the market. I would have no problem in hiring him again for and of my gas works. He finished service signed my boiler service book and was off. Simple and straightforward.

Joe is the type of engineer you need to fix your boiler. Was very clear about his findings and recommendation. His quote to replace the Boiler was also very reasonable.Cleaned up after his job. Definitely will hire him again for other jobs.He knows his stuff...

Joe was excellent from start to finish. His quote was very competitive, he was clean, tidy and completed the job within the timescales agreed. I will be using Joe for all future boiler jobs and will recommend him to all my friends and family!

Thanks Joe for sorting the issue out.

Joe was very professional and objective with his recommendations. Also happily did some extra bits of work more than we agreed to. Very pleasant and easy communication , always reachable for random questions. Thanks for your help in renewing the piping and boiler. Will surely be recommending and also reaching out for similar jobs in future.

Joe did an excellent job replacing our boiler. He offered very helpful advice in our choice of boiler and system throughout the job. He was clean and tidy and finished the work to a high standard. He was very happy to come and address the few snags that arose during the work and kept good communication throughout. We would have no reservations in recommending Jepp Heating. Thanks for everything Joe!

All the comments I read was exactly what I got. He was very polite, quick and done a great job. Besides recommending him I will be using him for additional work.

You have a tradesman and you have a top tradesman. Joe went beyond and treated the property like it was his own, his work he carried out was outstanding. I could not highly recommend this guy enough to anyone. Competitive price, clean, good and very friendly. A++

Joe gave a good price which included all materials needed. Arrived on time, did a very good job of replacing old radiators. Left everything clean & tidy, would definitely use again and would recommend to family & friends.
