Joe is the type of engineer you need to fix your boiler. Was very clear about his findings and recommendation. His quote to replace the Boiler was also very reasonable.Cleaned up after his job. Definitely will hire him again for other jobs.He knows his stuff...

Joe did an excellent job on our central heating yesterday. He was the first to respond to the ad and accepted to do the job the same day. The job was to reconnect a radiator after some renovation work in our old Victorian home. Only after he was paid and left, it turned out that there was a leak in the system and we had water dripping through a light fitting (!!!) in the newly done ceiling. Joe agreed to return within 15 min even though it was getting on 4 o'clock by then. Incredibly, he found the source of the leak quickly and accurately so that only a small damage had to be done to the ceiling to repair a burst copper pipe. He had to work with a torch in the dark as electricity was unsafe to use. In the evening the whole system was working impeccably. Joe showed a great deal of expertise and skills to fix a problem very swiftly. He is also very kind and polite - highly recommended
