Joe answered our posted job listing almost immediately and was able to visit the same day and quote the next. We decided to go with a comprehensive solution to our needs, aiming to solve more future problems arising and Joe was happy to accommodate. We were very pleased with the price for the amount of work required and Joe is a nice guy, easy to communicate with and he really understood what we needed, he didn't push us into anything we didn't want. Through the whole job, Joe was prompt and he worked incredibly hard every day, kept everything clean and tidy despite our cardboard boxes everywhere having just moved in. We were able to work on other parts of the house while Joe did his thing and he was happy to answer our questions about the job and keep us fully updated on his progress. The stand-out qualities about Joe are his neatness, attention to detail and total understanding of his work and the regulations involved, while being very honestly priced and a pleasure to deal with at every stage. We already plan on having Joe back for future work and we'd recommend him highly.

Perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. Joe really cared about the work and providing the best possible service he could give. We had a really difficult house to work with that have had a lot of bodged jobs in the past and a system about 20 years old. But Joe was able to put them right and bring our heating system right up to date with a combi-boiler and Nest thermostat. I will be using Joe in the future for all of my heating services going forwards and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Joe arrived on time,and completed, the job efficiently. He was very honest with regards what was the best option for us. And has solved a long standing problem with out water pressure issue. We also feel that he saved us the upheaval of fitting a completely new shower system. Could not fault the quality of his work, and would definitely recommend him to friends and family!!!!

Joe was called out to install my gas hob. He is a very pleasant chap who clearly knows his trade. He completed the job in a timely and tidy manor even though a gas leak was discovered. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe, in fact I will be inviting him back to re pipe my gas fire which he had to terminate due to the leak.

Joe was brilliant from start to finish. He provided a competitive quote, explained different options to us and we had no doubts in selecting him. He was working very hard and long hours to finish the job on time! He dealt with all complications arising during the process (eg builders cut some of his pipes) and his positive attitude was very reassuring. We also noticed that all other tradesman (whilst continuously blamed each other) got along very well with Joe, this is a big help when you are trying to self project manage! We would highly recommend Joe and would have no doubts using him again for other projects.

Joe did a fantastic job converting my old boiler to a new combi-boiler plus adding a new radiator and changing another one. The work was completed to a very high standard and nothing was to much trouble for Joe, the work was finished on time and he cleaned up every day leaving me very satisfied, and all done at very reasonable price. Joe is pleasant person and kept me informed every step of the way and I will with out doubt be using Joe's services again in the near future and would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Very professional and freindly

Great job converting our system to a combi. Before work was carried out Joe done a full inspection of the work needed, with a detailed list within the invoice. Work was on time and completed to A+ standards staying until the work was completed. Would highly recommend Joe and will continue to use him in the future.
