Very nice guy, on time, agreed a price and got on with it straight away all done clean efficient just what we needed, we do alot of maintenance work for a company and will certainly use him again.

Joe did a great job, was a very good communicator and v professional.

i was tearing my hair out, no heating or hot water for almost a week, and having been totally let down by my original boiler installer. Joe arrived the day I posted the job, to see what was required, and returned the following day to complete the job. He was prompt, professional, meticulous and very thorough. I was relieved that I finally had someone fully qualified to sort out my boiler, which has been a problem since it was first installed last year. Joe identified a host of issues with my heating system and the installation of the boiler. He replaced all necessary components and left the boiler room clean and tidy. It was a very technical job requiring an in-depth knowledge of boilers & heating systems (which clearly my boiler installer last year did not have). I have no hesitation in highly recommending Joe for any plumbing & heating work & I'm very grateful that, having seen my distress, he juggled his work schedule to fit me in at a moments notice.

Arrived on time, informative and friendly. I had a large amount of back up in piping from vapour/gunk. He checked all emissions conducted a point to point check, tightening up loose screws etc. I will be booking back in for a boiler service shortly. Recommended.

Joe responded quickly, visited the same day to assess the problem and came back the next day with parts and fixed it (and also another problem). All very smooth and competent. Joe has a great manner -- explains what he is doing and what the issues are. I would definitely recommend him. Five star performance.

Joe was very professional and fixed the leak which appeared straight-forward but turned out to be tricky. He finished the job in time and for a reasonable price. Would hire him again.

Joe was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was punctual in his time keeping, polite, courteous and extremely professional. Joe assessed the job and gave us a number of options to suit our requirements, he then provided a detailed quote, and once the work was agreed, a date and time was set for the job to commence. The work has been completed to an extremely high standard and to the quotation, in fact Joe managed to save us some money along the way, even though the job threw up a few challenges (due to previous homeowner's DIY), all of which he dealt with expertly. Reliable, hard working, genuine, and an extremely good tradesman - if you're looking for someone to do your heating\plumbing work then Joe is definitely the man to call.

Joe did a great job replacing my old boiler with a new combi boiler. He answered my post quickly, came round the next day and started the work a few days later. He worked hard and finished everything on time. Definitely recommend.
