    Flat roof overboard, re-roof and create lantern upstand

    Not a company I can recommend in any way. Very poor quality of work, upstand not straight, flat roof has loads of bubbles, they broke several slates on our main roof, used timber that was not theirs to use and belonged to our builder and used incorrect trim pieces to the edge. I have chased numerous times for receipt and guarantee and nothing has been supplied, though I doubt it would be worth the paper even if they did supply it. Overall inexperienced, rude and not convinced they have any qualifications to carry out Roofing, will need to get work resolved by another company as would not trust them to go near it again.

    A few porkies there Neil You said to use the timber to save me going to wholesalers as you was rushing us to get it done the same day thought you was being helpful, we said we will replace the timber the following day you agreed to take it off the price so don’t understand the problem there? Yes a few slates got broken accidents happen. Wasn’t he incorrect trim as that what the suppliers provide . We are defiantly not rude we done the best to help you out if this was a problem why dident you say at the end of the job ? A little annoyed at this feedback as it’s not true

    Removal of two chimney stacks and a wall rebuild

    Jordan did a good job. We had a few hiccups on the way but Jordan was always quick to respond and sort things out

    Chimney flashing

    Awful experience, just glad my husband ended up dealing with it. Work was so badly done we had holes left in the roof for some time. Even though we made contact and was seriously patient and after they admitted the work was totally inadequate they just kept fobbing us off week after week. When we advised we would have to go through insurance they eventually turned up and completed. This has been a very stressful time.

    Ridge tiles on small roof to bay windows

    Was only a small job but Jordan made prompt contact provided a fair price and carried out the works with no dramas.

    Re-bed ridge on 3-storey building

    Jordon was very easy to deal with, kept in touch and completed the work in good time. The work was on the ridge of a three storey building and he has done a very good job. We will be pleased to use his services in future.

    Leakage on side of dormers

    thorough when explaining what the job required and at pains to show me the extent of water damage. scaffolding arrived promptly and when there was a window in the weather he di a thorough job on a difficult 3-storey steep front roof. cannot fault him
