Prompt service as promised. Shed removed and disposed of and site left nice and tidy. Very happy with the job.

Jordan was quick to respond to the job advert on Mybuilder and got a quote to me quickly. He quoted without going up on the roof to see where the leak in our chimney flashing was coming from. Upon arriving to complete the work, he went straight onto our roof without alerting me of his presence. When he couldn't find where the hole was in the flashing around our chimney he took it upon himself to complete the work on the next door neighbours chimney rather than knocking on my door to update me on what he was doing. He only stopped the work on the neighbours roof when I went outside to ask how it was going. Jordan then took another look at my chimney and found the hole in the flashing. It then took him roughly ten minutes to fix, yet I was still charged the same amount for labour even though he originally thought it would be a much larger job (spending around 2hours on the neighbours roof). However, and rightly so, he did take off the cost of materials used for the neighbours roof. I then received the invoice, which I (reluctantly) paid because the hole was fixed even if it was overpriced, and have since been waiting for one month for a receipt and guarantee which I am still yet to receive.

Builder came on time and repaired the broken tiles. Good service.

Didn't meet Jordan but my tenants told me he went about his work swiftly and efficiently. I have since viewed it and all is good.and a fair price I would use again

Very pleased with the way the replacement of broken ridge tile was carried out, also the replacement of two other roof tiles that had been broken by the ridge tile when it came down. The weather was often quite vile but when conditions allowed, Jordan carried out the work very capably.

Jordan gave me a quote straight away for the job and it was all completed the following day. Excellent job and brilliant customer service. Will definitely use him for next roofing project

Repair of bay window ridge and gullies. Prompt response to quotation request and booking of work schedule. Provided before and after photographs when asked together with a guarantee. Happy with the completed work.
