As architects we have, from time to time, heard of experiences that people have with tradesmen that fail to do the work that they have contracted to but we have never had direct experience of this ourselves. That is until we employed Jordan Huggins / JDH Roofing Services to clean out the gutters / replace pigeon deterrents / provide photos of the roof condition of a building that we own in King's Lynn, that is. A phone call after 2 hours of arrival saying all works complete that we had to accept on trust as we cannot ourselves access the roof, no invoice received but simply an email to our tenant rather than to us, promise of a receipt once payment made that has never appeared, and repeated promises of the photos of the roof condition that have also never been seen make this a firm to avoid. And we still have no evidence to confirm that the works were correctly carried out.

I was happy dealing with Jordan, very direct, provided immediate readonalble quote, came on time, and finished felt replacement on the shed neatly and fast. Very good workmanship.

Jordan and his team have done a great job replacing full roof membrane, re-tiling, lead flashing, chimneys and general tidy up. He was professional, communicative and competitively priced. I would recommend him.
