Needed a fixed roof light fitted on a flat roof with profile metal roofing. On the 1st day it was fitted without allowing built up water to run off the roof. After some rain we noticed leaks coming into the bathroom. We went up and the profile roof was full of water. We contacted JDH and they came back 3 days later after a massive storm. We worked with them but we are unhappy with the final work that was carried out. The roof light and black metal roofing was left covered in grey liquid 10 product.Answer from tradesperson:
Hello This isn’t correct at all.. on the 1st day we forgot to put the upstand in but was 99% watertight After the recent storm there was a few drips nothing major Then arranged to come back the Monday as agreed… as we finished it stared to rain again.. we then agreed again il come back in few days when it was dry to clean down the area and lantern No invoice had been sent to say we had finished and still hasn’t been sent as we are not finished
