Excellent service from start to finish. Jon and Martin turned up on time and gave an accurate quote. Their work was to a high standard and has real attention to detail, and following guidance required for an old house like ours. Highly recommended and already booked for another job!

Jon and Martin are possibly the nicest hard working people we have met out here. Right from the word go, Jon has gone out of his way, inspecting the property before purchase, providing advice and competitively quoted for work. He was able to work within our tight timeframe and complete the opening the two cottage fireplaces in good time....and the kindness of the two helped massively with shifting 80m2 of very heavy stone (something that me and missus would have took us 6 or more back breaking hours!!) Genuine through and through. Read his feedback prior to asking him to quote for work. To be honest, cannot speak highly of Jon and Martin. Has a great network of reliable people and will do his uproar to support. Already planning his next work with us. I know what I'm going to get.... Graft and value for money with a quality finish.

Jon & Martin from JD Building did a brilliant job preparing the ground and making a concrete pad for us. They started the work ahead of time and the next day all was finished. We are very impressed. The surrounding area was completely clear of any disturbance, we're just left with a perfect concrete pad, just as we wanted. JD Building are efficient and professional, and friendly with it. Martin did a very neat job, the concrete pad looks finished-off well, and we're very pleased. Jon & Helena

Will definitely be using Jon again. Maintained good comms throughout and carried out exactly what I required - 20’x10’ concrete slab. Whole evolution was stress fee and efficient. Will be recommending to friends.

From the initial quote right through to the end of the job, Jon and his team were superb. The quote was easy to follow and clearly broken down, the contract was fair, with a very clear payment schedule in place which was really helpful. Throughout the project Jon communicated clearly, completed all elements on time and was clean, tidy and efficient. The standard and quality of the finish is excellent and we could not be happier with the end result. I would have absolutely recommend Jon and his team to anyone looking for a good builder - he really was excellent and we will certainly be using hime again for other projects in the future

Excellently rebuilt wall: turned up on time, fixed in a day with great speed and care.

Jon repaired a circular brick wall, replaced some blown bricks and renovated our patio. He also sealed a long section of brickwork where the mortar had worn away on the house. Would be happy to use him again for further work during our updating. Recommended.
