Put up 2 garden gates
Didnt bother turning up. No apologies, no text or phone call.

Customer lived out of area/ moving into area couldn't be bothered to wait as had only been 7 working days since asking to quote didn't have the decency to ring and ask if f I'd been to look before leaving negative feedback
