    Leaking cistern
    Excellent service. Explained and Resolved the problem same day. Would highly recommend.

    Kitchen hot water and blockage.
    Upfront with the labour charge which I appreciate as opposed to leaving it until after job is completed. Despite not being able to complete the work, I wasn't charged a call out fee.

    Replacing Triton electric shower
    Christian came out to replace a shower however couldn't proceed due to the way the showers had been wired. No charge. Will use him again once the wiring issue is resolved

    - Install outdoor tap **Customer description** Need an outdoor tap fitting. Fitted a self tapping one from screw fix last summer but it started leaking. Want a proper tap fitted now and the pipe work repaired.

    Efficient and quick fitting of outside tap. Will happily use again for future plumbing jobs.

    Bathroom leak
    Jack the plumber made appointment to see me this morning. Came within time frame and gave me excellent advice which he explained using simple language for quite a technical problem. All in all very pleased.

    Outside tap supplied and fitted
    Good price. All good - clean and tidy job. Phoned earlier in the day to confirm exact time. Would recommend Christian - he’s very thorough, pleasant and professional. 👍
