Really happy with Jon’s work today. He’s personable, knows his field and left a clean job. You can tell that he really wants to leave the customer satisfied with his work and goes the extra mile to do so, like when he bought & fitted a padlock to the loft to stop my tenants chucking their rubbish in there. I spoke to Jon twice on the phone before engaging his services and he gave a lot of his time explaining various options in good detail but also with complete clarity for a layman like me. On arrival, Jon and his team were punctual and very friendly and courteous. Furthermore, once they saw the actual state of insulation in my loft - compared with how I'd described it - they were willing and ready to suggest a change of plans that was much cheaper for me and actually was the best fit for the bill given what they saw. If you're looking elsewhere don't waste too much time: you'll want these guys. Thanks!
