Edward Baker has done a great job with my roof and was an Absolute life saver. He stuck to the price that was agreed, he came to do the work when he said he would, completed the job on time, left it very nice and clean and what I couldn't believe was the speed of it. There were 3 guys just for a small felt bay job, other Contractors messed me around and were telling me 2 days 3 days to complete the work and some were trying to rip me off. Edward and his team did it in 3 hours and I was very pleased with that, very nice guy and very polite and professional with an affordable price, he did not even charge me for extra bits that were needed to complete the work. I am an Electrician myself so I know how to choose the right Tradesman for the job. Not the cheapest not the most expensive but great quality for the price, This guy's priority is customer satisfaction not making money, save yourselves time and money for quality work and use Ivory Property Services great Value and Quality without a doubt. Ted got in contact when I posted about my roof leaking down the chimney breast. He was always in communication and ran through the whole job and what was required. The price quoted was better than others and he provided before and after photos along with the invoice so you could see what has been done. Would definitely use Ted again and have already recommended him to others who require work doing.
