Ted was so quick to respond even on a Sunday, was out the next day to fix our roof in which multiple slates has either broken or slipped, letting a lot of rain water in to our house. Ted was helpful in talking through the options to help me identify the best solution to the problem with my chimney. He is straightforward to work with and does as promised, when expected, to a high standard. This is the 2nd piece of work Ted has done on my property. There was good communication regarding arrival time, and once at the property the issue was quickly identified and the solution proposed. Ted (of Ivory property services) was able to complete the job then and there within an hour for a reasonable rate.
