Great guys proved to be positive with great results.

Here are the positives: They worked well on the issue, and seem to have done a good job. Awaiting a spell of rain which will test the work. Now, here is the other part that needs to be noted carefully: They arrived on rainy afternoon to examine the narrow area. I asked for a thorough check so that the leak is sealed up. Up on the ladder, Ted’s colleague even picked felt off the gully, crumbling it in his hand to demonstrate it needs replacing. Another trader only needed photographs to show this was needed. Still, after a chase up, the written quote was provided 4 days later. The price was reasonable and competitive. Quote instantly accepted. Workers arrived that morning and the same person as before went up the ladder Immediately, he reported some decaying wood battens. He then increased the price 3.5 times, a massive increase. The reason it wasn’t mentioned for the written estimate: it was raining on the other day, and so he “couldn’t see”. Other neutral and negative reviews on here were correct - be vary of the big surprise and be very very careful.

I don't normally give back feedback unless necessary. Ted was nice and friendly and give me a very reasonable quote, however the other man who was with him decided to turn up the day before agreed time saying they will just measure the gutter/fascia but he peeled it off and changed the price from £1600 to £6000 but later agreed to £3000.

Ted from Ivory property services contacted me very promptly and professional after my request for a quote. He came over to view the work that needed carrying out quickly and even called me to keep me updated that he was a little held up. Ted was able to give me a reasonable price and carry out the work there and then, which was brilliant. Ted and his team were friendly and professional. I am more than happy with the work they did. Would definitely use Ted and his team again if I need any further roofing doing.

The company arrived at time agreed and quoted a reasonable price to carry out the work but after taking a small section of my roof decided to increase the cost! Initially eight fold then eventually six fold and finally five fold? By then I am committed because they had opened a section of my roof to the elements, I should state I am elderly and disabled so difficult for me to keep track of the work carried out but given they completed in less than five hours the costs did not add up. Certainly not to well over two thousand pounds! While here they also approached my neighbours about a concern with their roof and have supposed to have carried out repairs! They are stopping their payment because its not been done! I think you have some responsibility for promoting this company and my advise to anyone looking for roof repairs is beware and beware again! Interesting that I was asked to write a cheque in one name not the company name and my neighbour in another still not the company name? Doubt that Mr Baker will be too distressed at my comments but hopefully will save others! Would welcome some of my money back from him! Yes I know unlikely to say the least! Maybe you should consider dropping from your site and save others the same fate as me and my neighbours. Would welcome your comments!

Contacted promptly and told what problem was. Job was more extensive than first estimated and on second day I requested a written estimate (as My Builder had suggested large jobs should receive written quotes rather than verbal) and Ted was happy to provide this before work started again. Work was carried out speedily and tidily. Polite and professional service.

I was contacted very quickly and given a clear report with what the issue was and shown photos of the state of my roof. The work was carried out speedily and tidily. At all stages I was shown where water was coming in through my roof and the work being completed on the roof with pictures. Before leaving I was clearly shown from the ground what had been done and reassured if there were any problems I could call anytime. I received polite and professional service
