    Install a new socket

    Great chap - really easy to deal with.. He gave two options in terms of budget and was nice and clear in terms of the 2 solutions (via WhatsApp) Isaac arrived on time and got the job done quickly and effectively Really happy - already booked him in on another small job Would definitely recommend his services

    Replace sockets and light.

    Turned up on time. Completed the work in good time and within the quoted price. Gave lots of additional advice which mIght have saved our living room lights "blowing". Very pleased with the instalation work. Would use again.

    Light fitting to be fixed and changed.

    Few spot lights not working need to be fixed

    Isaac came quickly because there is a cancellation. I gave him few spot lights to change in one room, he said they are the wrong voltage. Then he spent long time to investigate why the other room’s spots light doesn’t work and told me that he can’t fix it and he has to come back and spend another 2/3 hours to fix it. So no spots light work done in the end. He tried to bill me £60 for changing one light bulb, which I can do it myself anyway. Not very impressed about it, after negotiation I managed to settle with him for £30 in the end.

    Hi Annie, I’m sorry you feel this way with the job, As I did state on the phone, the quote was for finding the problem, and then if it’s further work needed, I would need to come back to rectify. I did find the problem, and so the criteria of my quote was met, that we agreed upon. To which I didn’t need to reduce the price as I did what I said I was going to do, but I thought I’d be nice enough to do so, so it’s a shame you’ve felt you needed to leave negative feedback. Hopefully you’ve managed to get this work sorted.
