Excellent service from Jamie and his son. They were polite and kind and very professsional throughout. And we are really happy with the loft now as the flat was freezing before. They also changed the laddder and put in some fantastic new shelves for storage. Both and I my dad got our wires crossed and somehow paid them twice! And Jamie was kind and honest enough to call me immediately to let me know and also immediately refunded me. Both my neighbours also go there's done at the same time and are also very happy. I can not recommend them highly enough! 5 star service through out.

Jamie was in touch straight away and provided a really good quote after getting the loft details from me. Reading his feedback from other clients have me a really good feeling so we agreed the date and time which was only 4 days away. Jamie and his team arrived on time, got straight to work and finished in record time, clearing away everything and hoovering everything so you wouldn't have know they were there! Amazing job done by Mr. Jamie and his sons, they did an absolutely brilliant job professionally and did insulation and boarding works to a high standard and with good efficiency. They did a quick response to my inquiry via MyBuilder.com and gave me a quote quickly after knowing my requirements. Jamie also gave me valuable and healthy suggestions that fit me. They are family businesses but undeniably, they are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Really appreciated very much your providing me with great space for storage and keeping warm in my house. Jamie and his sons came to my house to carry out their loft insulation work punctually and diligently, and they completed the insulation upgrade to 400mm thick and part boarding as well as the installation of the new loft hatch and ladder as early as predicted. All have been satisfied with the high standards. They tidy up and vacuum the loft. The loft is now suitable for storage, a nice area, and at the same time, it can help to save home energy too.
