From the first inquiry to the good bye at the end of the job, all the team were polite informative and professional. The job was completed just one week after the first inquiry. I messaged quite a few times with questions and changes and nothing was too much trouble always got a reply, was kept up to date with progress. The job it's self is very well done. I am more than happy.

Jamie and his team did a fantastic job resurfacing my loft. They were on time, friendly and professional always. Jamie kept me up to date with how the job was progressing and always endeavoured to ensure I were pleased with the job. The whole team worked well and finished on time. The area was left tidy, and the loft looked great at the end. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the work, which entailed removing degraded insulation (very messy), re- insulation, new boards, lights, loft ladder and hatch. An excellent job completed by a good team led by Jamie. Really nice people I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jamie's team is outstanding! This refers to their approach, communication, and professionalism. The work is of a very high standard, they clearly take pride in their work and aim to give the customer the best outcome. Any unforeseen problems that arose (as inevitably they do in buildings!) were dealt with openly and positively. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. 5 stars!

Jamie is an old fashioned tradesman of traditional values. He and his skilled son Callum and his son’s girlfriend all worked nonstop and hard. They removed a very old and rotten smelly insulation, cleaned the loft floor, cleared of all the cobwebs, and installed a new insulation. Then on the next day they boarded the loft and created a lovely space. Unbelievably there has never been any ventilation in the loft. To stop the condensation build up, Jamie kindly volunteered to install “felt lap vents” and he installed 12 of them all for free! We had a dozen tradesmen in the last 12 months all clambering to squeeze more money out of us, and he was the only one who was kind and generous to give us such a gift. Theirs is a really good and dependable family business. Highly recommended.

Excellent job done insulating our loft. Jamie and Callum were very polite, arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. Price was as quoted and very competitive. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Jamie and his son. They were polite and kind and very professsional throughout. And we are really happy with the loft now as the flat was freezing before. They also changed the laddder and put in some fantastic new shelves for storage. Both and I my dad got our wires crossed and somehow paid them twice! And Jamie was kind and honest enough to call me immediately to let me know and also immediately refunded me. Both my neighbours also go there's done at the same time and are also very happy. I can not recommend them highly enough! 5 star service through out.
