I selected Insulation Experts because it was a small family business with considerable insulation experience and competitively priced. I was not disappointed. The loft insulation was professionally and efficiently carried out. I was particularly impressed with Jamie's focus on customer satisfaction at all stages of the work. My wife could not believe the trouble they went to to clean up afterwards! Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jamie and his team did a great job boarding my loft to make it suitable for storage — he was friendly and communicative while booking the job in, turned up exactly when he said he would, and was very tidy, bringing dust sheets and cleaning up afterwards. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, and he helped by removing an empty water tank and blocking up a hole squirrels had been using to get into the loft while he was at it. Thank you!

Jamie and his son did an excellent job clearing my loft, insulating it, boarding it, and fitted a loft ladder. I did warn them it has not been touched in 30 years, and they willingly tackled it. They also insulated my dormer roof in my bedroom, and we discovered extra storage space which got converted to much needed space. They also fitted lights into these spaces. They worked hard, tidyed up after themselves.I would definitely recommend using them as they are honest and reliable, but not the cheapest.
