Sonny promptly got in touch when I advertised the job. We made an arrangement for him to attend the day after and he clearly explained the process and cost. He conducted a thorough investigation of the leak and we agreed he didn't need to do the job because the leak was likely to be coming from the roof. Very professional and highly recommended.

Reece arrived when expected, after an automated text gave us 15 mins notice. He was very polite and considerate, taking off his shoes and working clean and carefully and clearing up after himself. He dealt with a rather grotty job without moaning once (so rare) and appeared really informed and resolved the issue for us (within the constraints of our dodgy plumbing). Will use again.
