An absolute pleasure to deal with. Atif came for a quote and completed the work within a couple of days. All within the quote and on time. Happy to continue working with Ifix.

The electrician was very helpful and efficient, he installed an electric hob for me and also did some carpentry work on the worktop so that the hob could fit very happy with the work and would recommend.

I had a small job of replacing a battery in our fire alarm. All went well and smooth. Communication with Atif was great, he responded to my messages very promptly, I was asking a lot of question about the batteries which I needed to buy (I decided to buy myself to save money) and he patiently responded. He came on time as agreed, did the job quickly and was very nice and friendly. A few days later I had a problem with my fire alarm (unrelated to the battery I think) as I could not turn it off when it went on, and Atif picked the phone and guided me on the phone what to do. Overall happy with the service and would use Atif again.

Atif arrived on time, he explained what was needed to be done and just got on with it. He is very polite and very honest. He quoted us a price for the job and he didn’t charge a penny more. His work was very neat and clean. Communication was clear, everything was tested and working within the timeframe given. We are very satisfied with the work done and highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be using him again, his prices are very reasonable.
