Work started on time, finished on time. Very careful and clean worker. Very pleased.

I hired Ian Latimer roofing to renew tiles and battons from pitched roof, bay window roof, renew sections of gutter and supply/fit new fascia boards. Ian provided a very honest and reasonably priced quote. The work started on time and Ian was on site from 8 am each morning. Ian was very professional at all times and I would definitely recommend him to others who needed this type of work carried out. Thanks again Ian, I’m a very happy customer!

Ian provided a very efficient and friendly service at a very competitive price (including cost for scaffolding that was needed to carry out the work). He kept me up to date on timings throughout and I would definitely recommend to anyone/use him again

Ian was polite and friendly at all stages and gave us a very reasonable quote, which included the scaffolding needed to carry out the work safely. He carefully explained what was required to fix our leak and showed us the products that he’d be using. We’re pleased with the finished result and haven’t had any issues with the roof since.

Ian came quickly and quoted very reasonably for the work. (Undercloaking and clearing/widening valleys, recounting chimney) The work was completed very quickly despite some pretty rough weather conditions. He sent pictures of the work completed so we could see what had been done. We are not yet living in the property so cant guarantee everything is watertight again until we move in but we're really pleased with the work and would use Ian again.

Ian did an amazing job, stripping off a hip garage roof 6M x6M and fitting a new 8Mx6M hip and ridge roof to adjoin with the house. New trusses were fitted; tiles, lead, ridge tiles and guttering all completed. All done in just over two weeks. Ian is a very experienced and hard working roofer and was easy to get on with. He also did some additional small jobs that helped speed the project on. Will be using Ian again for my future projects.

Ian did an outstanding job rectifying mistakes previous builders left us with causing building reg to fail their work on our extension roof. Ian's work passed first time by building reg. While on site, Ian prevented another error of wrong roof tiles being installed from a Paving company who was building a shed for us through his expert advice. Since the initial work we hired Ian for, he has returned to do more for us. Though I spoke with other builders and roofers pre hiring Ian, Ian gave me the confidence that he's an expert in roof works. I was not disappointed. He's punctual, reliable and courteous. I will be happy to use Ian's services again.
