Ian fitted a new garage roof for me about 6 weeks ago now. Excellent communication from quote to completion. Took away the asbestos from the old roof and provided a disposal certificate as this was a concern of mine. No more leaks. Will be getting him back round to do some work on the house roof.

Very professional, trustworthy and tidy. I had a quote from Ian a few months before the purchase of my first property, on his first visit he identified the issues, took measurements and Ian gave me a very competitive price which was stuck to throughout the whole job. The work Ian and his team carried out included upsizing and adding additional support to the roof, installing lead flashings, adding roof vent tiles, cutting out a rotten truss and replacing. Ian arranged the scaffold access (who were also extremely efficient), he was on site whilst the scaffolders erected the scaffolding and then gave me a firm start date, from which he and his team carried out the work to a great standard. He even rendered the party walls at roof level, even though I hadn’t asked him to price this. So a really kind gensture. Ian kept me informed throughout the whole process, giving solid advice and input. He kept to his forecast timescales and price. In summary, I would have no issue what so ever recommending Ian to anyone, he is a true professional and certainly knows his stuff.

I hired Ian to construct the roof on a new extension. This included both the joinery and tiling. A true professional - even before I gave him the job, he was willing to visit several times to talk me through what was needed, and put my mind at rest. As the extension is an unusal shape the roof was complicated. This is where Ian's vast experience comes in handy, the finished product is fantastic. Very happy with his punctuality, price and communciation. Nothing was too hard for him to do. He also replaced the soffits and fascias on the entire house. Would definitely recommend and hire again. A sound repair of a leaking gutter at a reasonable price by a knowledgeable and very experienced roofer. I would trust Ian for roofing matters; and would certainly use him again.

Ian came to view the work quickly and also was quick to give us a reasonable quote. He was able to start within a few days and completed the work in the estimated time to a good standard with no problems. He also did some extra work at no extra cost and stuck to the original quote. His communication was prompt and as we were away at the time of the work he sent us photos. He replaced a bay window roof, guttering and drain pipes and all flashing on the property. We would be very happy to use Ian again.
