    Heating works
    They have installed two radiators for me. The gentleman whos name is Grant came to survey the job , provided me a quote with a very reasonable price, also he understood the urgency of the work and arranged a highly professional engineer for the next day. Unfortunately I had to go to somewhere as an emergency and there was no one in the house to be with the engineer. When I explained the situation to Grant he has left his office and came to my house and ensured everything going smoothly, they made me feel like they are part of my family. That proved again, everything is not a business, humanity still exist. Thanks Grant. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

    Heating not working.
    Come round same day, charged a fair price, and got the job resolved, which in my opinion deserves to be recognised.

    Broken down boiler
    They charged a lot of money for call out, they said the boiler is back working when they didn't do anything.

    Worcester service
    engineer came out very promptly to service my boiler. Very nice young lad and was very helpful in setting up my timer for me heating to come on

    I had a boiler moved from my kitchen to my loft due to having a new kitchen installed. The company was able to come out within 7 days and completed the work within 48 hours of arrival. Hollybrook was not only professional but also very clean, laid plastic sheeting down in all the walkways and wore shoe covers for the whole process. I would highly recommend and will certainly be using them again

    I needed my boiler relocated to my loft from the kitchen due to a new kitchen being installed. I was so pleased that the engineer was able to come out at such late notice and completed the work within 48 hours. I have recommended Hollybrook for their professional and clean approach to the job. Having newly decorated I was a bit concerned if this would cause mess but the engineer laid down sheeting across all walkways without prompting and wore shoe covers at all times. I have recommended them to many friends amd collegues and will not hesitste to use them in the future.
