Robert is friendly and did a good job of fitting a new gas connection for the hob, in my renovated kitchen (involving extending pipework, making adjustments to cabinets and, of course, testing so there were no leaks). I'm happy to recommend him and to use him again/for future work. Many thx!

Plumber didn’t put enough labour into draining the system, I then decided to descope that part of work , additionally boiler kept cutting out due to some type of a restriction in the flow-return but Plumber dismissed this behaviour by saying it is working as expected, even though one of 5 radiators would appear to have been sludged up possibly pointing to a restriction. I was issued with. CP12 but no deduction was made from the initial quote even though drain and refill wasn’t performed

Robert is brilliant! We did all our interactions by phone as I don't live in London, and he sorted everything out at the flat - assessed the boiler (which had been on the outs for months), gave me a diagnosis and refit a new one, all within the space of a week. Really responsive and knowledgeable to boot! Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable, fixed a whole heap of problems on the boiler that had built up over the years of no having a well-qualified people working on it. Robert did a full service and provided annual gas boiler certificate. Very pleasant and professional person. I am going to use him again to do some more pluming work.
