Have used Robert before as he is very local and has been most helpful. Though often busy this time he referred me to another heating engineer who was very prompt in diagnosis and completing the electrical works to my boiler. So completely satisfied.

Robert is a knowledgeable engineer and we will definitely be using his services again. He came out for us after 8pm to help us get the heating up and working. I have no problem recommending him

Robert came to look at my boiler the same day we spoke on the phone. He explained the possible problems and came back the following day. He re-pressurised the exchange vessel and it has sorted out the problem. He seemed honest and I would be happy to call him back if I have further problems.

Robert was very responsive, arriving in-between jobs 30 minutes after speaking. He was knowledgable and methodical and worked his way through the boiler repairing two leaking pipes, cleaning the fan and even re-wiring the control panel so that it worked as it should in conjunction with the room thermostat. Courteous and polite, I'd recommend for sure.

Excellent, very efficient and helpful

Robert knows his boilers - he knew by looking at my model it was one of two things and sure enough it was one of them - and relatively cheap to fix. The last guy I had inspect the boiler told me I'd need the entire circuit board replaced (RH Blair) but this was obvioulsy wrong and I'm glad I called Robert. He was cheerful and happy to explain how my boiler worked as he went along. I called him back as I thought something was still wrong with the boiler... turned out I didn't fully understand how they worked and he was kind enough to explain some more to me. Would definitely recommend him, I'm glad I now have a boiler guy I can trust
