    Damp problem!

    Adam suggested different options in which to resolve damp problems on the gable end. Adam has completed the job in question and has assured me this will resolve the damp issues on the gable end. Adam arrived on time and was quick to finish the job, leaving everything clean and tidy. Many thanks Mrs.S.Tinkler

    New toilet

    Adam did a perfect job for us fitting a new toilet in the bathroom. He is friendly and efficient and we are so happy to have met him and would be very enthusiastic in recommending him to any friends. He left the bathroom neat and tidy - even cleaning the floor. He also, though we had not asked him to, got the hand basin to drain freely before he left. Thank you Adam, I've no doubt we will meet again. Tony and Edna Collins

    Cracks in back of house need plastering

    Adam was efficient and timely. He kept to his dates both in putting up and taking down scaffolding and in doing the plastering. He went beyond the job requested and did extra work that he felt might help me. He also made suggestions on how to ensure the whole job would be successful. Many thanks Adam - I will be using Hamilton’s Maintenance again. HDM

    Take apart and remove wooden shed 12 x 12ft approx

    Well done lads, what a relief to see our old workshop removed. They arrived promptly, very pleasant men who did a great job which wasn't the easiest having to carry it all down a long garden. I highly recommend them and if needs be will be glad to employ them again. Good luck lads. Brenda P

    Complete refurbishment of bathroom

    Take this man on at your peril he has no idea how to do any job correctly I wouldn’t even say he was any good as a diy he was that bad I dismissed him for his ineptitude wouldn’t hire him to clean my windows.

    This man has taken about a year to leave this feedback. The bathroom was left in perfect condition. Have photos to prove. Cant understand why he has done this. At the time he sat on his computer watching youtube videos how to do things ; really made life uncomfortable. Also changed job , 3 or 4 times. Telling me he and his wife was going to do the floor tiles. So didnt pay the whole invoice. Do not get involved with his man. I have had nothing but good feedback from 59 plus customers over the years i have worked on this site. Many thanks adam

    Ground Floor Damp Wall with Blown Plaster

    Excellent job, great finish to the repaired wall and arranged a date quickly for a good price. Adam also supplied and fixed a garden gate for me, also very promptly and well done for a good price. Happy to use him for future jobs,

    Convert wet room back to bathroom

    Adam made a realy nice job of our bathroom at a realy good price, all finished on time and within budget. very happy
