    Tap leaking
    Arrived same day as I posted job fixed problem within an hour including going to get parts needed no more dripping tap so far and the cold water tap is now running properly so all good thanks

    Replacement shower enclosure
    Great job from start to finish. Turned up on time for a quote and to do the work. Work completed on time and in budget. Very professional job and left incredibly tidy. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

    Bathroom problem

    A fab shower room needed
    Very efficient and skilled. The task was tricky and Adam and his team undertook the unexpected difficulties in their stride and found solutions to the problem(s). Standard of work was high and, as a bonus, they are a very nice team and you feel perfectly comfortable having them in your home. They turned up precisely when they said they would and completed the job on schedule, an excellent work ethic. I highly recommend.

    Strip and paint garage door
    Adam and Jamie arrived promptly. Work commenced immediately on the original garage door job by Jamie. While Adam ( having earlier given us an additional quote for further jobs of renewing a garden gate post, re-hanging the gate plus fitting a new lock and also fixing two heavy shelving units up on a wall.) started on these jobs. We are very happy with all the work completed by Adam and Jamie.This is the first time we have used Hamilton's Maintenance, would be happy to use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

    Blocked Toilet
    Adam turned up on time and fixed the problem in around an hour. I would definitely recommend him.

    Shower unit requires fitting
    Very friendly and helpful. Did a fantastic job of installing the new shower would recommend to anyone and would definitely hire again.

    New bathroom fitting
    Immediate response to request for quote. Attended property to inspect and gave quote promptly and started work quickly and when indicated, unlike so many others!! Competitive quote and workmanship good. Will certainly recommend and use again.

    Damp in one room.
    Definitely the worst "Tradesman" I have ever employed. everything was a bodge from first to last. some jobs are left unfinished, for me to paint. The backing board to fireplace is fitted with two odd pieces, where he could not be bothered to buy one piece. Promised to remove greenery from roof, but never did. His first suggestion was to use filler on a broken board, and asked us if we could finish it ourselves with some paint. Plastered with no floor protection on our recently cleaned carpet. We paid him the full quote price, -like fools.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Firstly the job was carried out correctly, this landlord is definitely one two stay away from, consultancy adding to job I did not promise to clean moss and weeds from roof he asked me what was needed and I told him it' wasn't safe to correct this problem with ladders ( as this man ever heard of health and safety ) I advised him he would need a cherry picker. I rectified his damp chimney at a fraction of the cost. What a mistake trying to do him a favour. He was aware of having to paint new timber fire place. Which was not on the quote to replace this. But did it free of charge because didn't want any arrangements. One of those people " can you just do this" and this and this......free of course...
