Adam and his colleague attended quickly. They went through the steps necessary to identify the cause of the problem, naturally going for the most likely causes, such as replacing old valves. Eventually the actual cause of the problem was tracked down to a descaling device connected to rather an odd point in the plumbing by the people who fitted our central heating.
Both Adam and his colleague were polite at all times, explained what they were doing and did their best to carry out the job with as little disruption as possible, which was complicated by the location of the faulty device. The problem was sorted out to our satisfaction and I would happily recommend Adam in the future.
