Damon did a brilliant job replacing all the radiator valves and fitting a new radiator. I’m on a gravity system, which can be tricky in terms or airlocks etc. He made sure everything worked well and that all the air was out of the system.

Came out same day, found the problem and offered a couple of solutions. Leak has stopped. 👍

Damon Gray came and assessed the job and advised what needed to be done. In the end the job was bigger and he advised getting it done through the warranty. Just a £75 call-out fee.I was happy with the honest advice.

Damon was friendly and fixed my problem quickly. He didn't do unnecessary work but informed me I should look into a replacement new energy efficient boiler . I'm off work following spinal surgery and he advised me there are grants available. Would use again in future.

Damon was responsive, courteous, informative and thorough in this job and I’d have no qualms about recommending him for similar jobs. He came once to remove the old radiators and advised me on what to buy as replacements. He then came back when it was convenient for me (after the plastering but before the new carpets) to fit the new ones. He drained the whole system, refilled and checked it all over so I have confidence that the heating will work when we turn it on in a month or so.
