Gordon and his team did a very last minute large job for us to input a new electrical circuit into our garden to power a powerful item. Gordon was really flexible with his working hours and helped us out in a tight spot. He explained everything at each step and was true to his word on everything, as well as being really friendly. One of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Despite the job taking an hour longer than he originally anticipated due to additional work required, finished the job on budget. Would definitely use again.

Seemed to know what he was doing! He first of all attempted to talk me through some simple actions over the phone in case the problem was fixable by me. Once I convinced him it was the fuse box or wiring that was the problem rather than one faulty appliance (washing machine/tumble dryer) he came around the next day to investigate and quote. He found the fault after testing the fuse box, isolating switches etc and explained in simple terms how best to overcome the problem without needing to dig out wiring in the wall. He managed to get my appliances working without constantly tripping the fuses which was a great relief as I had a pile of washing that needed doing. Got the impression he likes problem-solving electrical faults. The cost was reasonable as he came fairly quickly (the next morning) and did give me confidence that he would find a safe solution without need for extensive and costly rewiring work. When I make that decision to modernise the wiring in our house I will know who to call!

He was an absolute gem of the person. He was really patient whilst we had lost the bits and pieces. Waiting in the rain for an hour for us to get our act together! Gordon did a great, clean job in installing a commando socket and replaced 3 security lights for me. He cleaned up after himself and also fixed another issue of a loose armoured cable that he spotted. He’s a great guy, very trustworthy and I’ll definitely be calling him back in future for any other electrical repairs.

Gordon responded to my query in a timely mannor. He calrified what was required for the job and the price which was very reasonable. He attended the job on time wore a face mask 😷 and followed covid restriction guidelines. He was friendly and completed the work to a great standard without making a mess! I would recommended him and would definitely use again👍
