It started badly when on the arranged date they did not turn up and when I called in I was told they had a rush job on. I was annoyed they had not contacted me but we rearranged and they knocked a small amount off the quote. When they did turn up the guy was great - explained what he was doing and what he'd found and what I might need to do in the future.
