Reply created 28 Jul 2025No one is beyond mistakes if any be, I expected a call if any complaints that I could have responded to for any corrections on job, as I have always put customer satisfaction first...And apologies if any be...thanks but then; Firstly client gave a vake job description, said it was a fitted walldrobe that comes in three pieces, but on arrival was a large piece walldrobe with multiple large drawers all with rail sets to be fitted, coming in a total of 15 large and standard sized boxes respectively. Secondly I came earlier than the time fixed for the job, as client asked if I could come earlier after fixing a time for the job, when he got a notification from delivery that the walldrobe pieces might arrive a few hours before the originally agreed time. Thirdly job was priced at £150 estimated for 3hrs , but I spent a total of 7hours, canceling all my other schedules for the day without any complaints just to please client. Again after assembly door handles were not manufacturers prescription and not included In the job but I did them without any complaints intact I even called client to ask and they stood there will I fitted to first 2.
