Reply created 27 Oct 2025Thank you mate. The job was obviously a little bit more complex that we first anticipated without looking at it. My apologies for the extra £40 cost. But that was necessary in order to create the correct fall on the guttering by removing the intrusive gutter guards. Thank you for prompt payment & positive feedback.

Anyway, we have sent you the email report on the Flat Roof which is all good news. Forward that to the insurance company and I will send a backup email to confirm it’s come from our company.. thank you again.
