During the high winds a few weeks ago I lost my tv aerial plus about half a dozen bricks, I used “my builder “ to find a company to repair the chimney, very quickly I got a response it was GLC Flatroofing, the person I was speaking to was Julian, he said he would get round to my property as soon as he could he also explained he was very busy but would try and fit me in, within a couple of hours Julian arrived at my house with his team, Julian is a very personable and easy to talk to, within a couple of minutes they were up on the roof surveying the chimney, Julian then explained what was needed to repair it, he also explained that due to prior job commitments he couldn’t do the job that day, but he had made the chimney safe, this was very reassuring , he then gave me a quote for the repairs (which I agree with him)he said he would return as soon as he could to complete the repairs, within a week I received a call from Julian saying he would be available to complete the repair the next day, at about 09:00 the following morning Julian and his team arrived, they got on with the repairs, then my wife asked if it would be possible while up on the roof to fit a cap on the other chimney, Julian went out got one and fitted it, I am so happy I got GLC Flatroofing to repair my chimney the price I paid was the price I was quoted, I would 100% recommend GLC FLATROOFING for your roofing problems.

Arrived promptly on the day they said they would. Assessed the job and found 2 other similar problems with the guttering. Gave an estimate and did the work immediately and satisfactorily.

Received a very quick response from Julian to provide a quote, outlined exactly what would need doing to make the roof watertight. Ther was a bit of a delay between giving the go ahead and replacing the roof due to the unpredictable weather through no fault of Julians. As soon as the weather improved Julian was there replacing the flat roof and installing some guttering, did a fantastic job and wouldnt hesitate to hire again!
