Gio did a great job for us and we got him to do a few extra bits including a roofing problem and assisting the window fitters. Overall very happy, he was very efficient, as tidy as he could be given the job and would be very pleased to recommend and use again.

Geo has done a fantastic job on my bathroom. I had an old style bathroom and I wanted to tile it and change the toilet. Geo worked very tidy and neat , he is on time and he does his best. I am very happy with his work and I highly recommend him.

Gio from Beechfield Contracts contacted me through Mybuilder regarding my advert and I was delighted to have found a suitable builder who could turn up with such short notice as I wanted someone urgently for Saturday and it was already Friday afternoon. I was reassured by his previous feedback that he would be reliable and I would agree with all of the previous customer's feedback: He turned up on time (early in fact), was hard-working, honest, had some really good suggestions, was helpful, kept me informed and didn't even stop for a break. He paid attention to the details and was impeccably polite and respectful. After inspecting the job he made a far better suggestion and he started the work straight away. He also charged me less for his time than I had expected so I also agree that he is reasonable.He seems to have done a really good job and has liasied as promised regarding another day that is mutually convenient to finish the job (only necessary as we eventually agreed on a more substantial version than originally posted). I have a result that is a far better job than the one I originally asked for and he seems to be very versatile and pays attention to the details, so I am hoping to use him again; I have been messed around too many times by unreliable tradesmen before and not only is my time is precious, but I also want someone who takes pride in their work as I have also had to pay to get shoddy work rectified by bad tradesmen in the past.

Giovanni has undertaken the full construction of an outer building for me. His work is excellent, a hard worker, turns up on time, is professional. He has all the tools and knows what he is doing - he is honest and trustworthy. I am very happy with the work he has done and would of course recommend him.
