Gary did a great job re-consructing and re-tiling my bathroom floor . When the bath was refitted it was all vastly improved. He took the time and trouble to ensure that the work done would last longer . Charged a reasonable rate and everything was done with a smile. Thank you Gary

Gary came round on the Friday, gave us a quote, which was very reasonable. Replaced out shower enclosure & tray the Wednesday after. He done a very good job, cleaned up after . Very happy with his work. Highly recommend.

Gary completed a full renovation of our tired bathroom in our 1920s terrace, including: - Knocking through a wall to connect two rooms - Ripping out the original bathroom - Moving the soil stack - Building out walls with insulation and alcove lighting - Installing underfloor heating - Tiling from floor to ceiling - Framing and hanging a new door And much more. Gary is trustworthy, intelligent, and easy to get along with. He kept us updated throughout and was helpful in making decisions that we hadn't considered initially. He's skilled at multiple trades, which was our initial worry with such a complex job. It was an enormous undertaking and were glad we chose Gary to deliver it. It's now the best room in the house.

With that in mind I am very happy with Gary. I will be using him again. Work competed on time, decent quality, and to budget. Snagging completed promptly. I have tried reaching out several times via email, phone call and text message after Gary gave me a quote but he isn't responding to any of my messages or calls. 😔. Very disappointed

Very happy with the bathroom refurb Gary did for me - great attention to detail. He kept everything clean and tidy and protected all my floors for the duration. He found a few extra issues that we weren't expecting, but communicated well and sorted it out. Discussed various options as he went along to make sure I was happy. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends!

We contacted Gary to do a full bathroom refurbishment, he arrived promptly and listened to our requirements and was able to suggest suitable products for our requirements. Work has been completed to our full satisfaction. We left property with Gary and he called us to confirm his work has been completed-on time,whilst we were away on holiday. Gary left house in spotless condition and we made good use of his supplied skip on our driveway with a general clear out. Visitors since installation have all remarked how good Gary’s work is. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary as a first class tradesman/installer.

My New Bathroom looks absolutely Beautiful and Amazing thanks to Gary James. I took his details from My Builder based on photos of his work and the excellent reviews he currently had and hoped that they were Genuine. Well I Guarantee they are! Everything Everyone was saying was exactly how he is. He is a Very Multi Skilled and talented man. He is also genuinely nice, friendly and helpful. He fully refurbished my bathroom from completely ripping it out and taking up floorboards to installing all the Plumbing, Electrics, a drop down ceiling with Spotlights and an extractor installed within. Plastering, excellent smooth finish; Painting and decorating; installing of an Electric Shower and Cubicle, Vanity Sink Unit, Toilet, Freestanding Victorian style Bath and Freestanding Taps and Fully Tiled from Floor to Ceiling on all walls except one which was half tiled and a fully tiled floor. He does Everything by himself including lifting whole suite up and down! He really is as Good as Everyone says and a thoroughly nice and trustworthy person. I was so impressed with him that i have offered him some additional work at my employment where he will be gutting and refurbishing a kitchen/canteen and also a Warehouse toilets and shower room. I aim to keep in touch with him and hope to do some further work with him in the future. Thankyou so much Gary, you are a real Gem! 😊😊😊
