It supposed to be a simple job but become a kitchen renovation project on the end. The job was only to cup off the old gas pipe which was sticking out above the tiles but this man decided to smash the tile with the hammer without permission to do so, just because he wanted to take a little piece of copper pipe in to his bag (he's been instructed to let me know if this tile will need to be removed so in this case somebody will do so without damaging because this tile was mounted on removable wood panel in the corner to cover the pipes). On the end I couldn't find nowhere matching tile to replace it so I has to change them all.

Extremely quick response as it was a gas fire safety issue. The work done was extremely thorough - gas checks, smoke checks etc. Unfortunately the fire couldn't be saved at a reasonable cost (it was quite old). Very professional work so we are having G1 back for a boiler service and fitting some thermostatic radiator valves. Highly recommended
