I was not happy with his attitude and he installed the replacement hood too low so the job had to be partially redone. His charges were on the high side and he did not take care of the legacy hood. Overall, I would not use Liam again and would not recommend him to any of my friends.Answer from tradesperson:
This customer asked me to complete the above job which was a like for like replacement of the old hood. Hood position was in same place as old and this was not brought up by customer to move higher. He happily paid me on completion and subsequently asked me if I could carry out more work for him. After giving my quote for the work needed, he tried to haggle me down by 50% and offered me a token £5 for travelling to his house. I politely declined the offer, stopped replying to him and prioritised other customers. All of a sudden he became unhappy with the first job and left this review a month later. I would advise all future customers of mine to take a look at the rest of my feedback for an accurate review of my services, and for all tradesman to be very wary of working for this customer.
