Replacement of faulty bathroom light
Liam responded promptly and looked at the job. He established It was not just a light change, then would not respond to my phone calls and emails of how to sort problem out. Very disappointed

Hi Moira, sorry for any misunderstanding… as stated above I attended and spent an hour finding the fault without charging, and explained the rectification would be a more involved task and that I would be away for the next fortnight so unable to complete myself in the timeframe it needed to be done in. Sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion.
